Job Description

Promote the companys products and services to both new and existing customers, locally and globally.
Provide support and service to current customers for new developments, approvals, and order completion.
Communicate with customers via various channels, promptly addressing inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
Follow up with customers for repeat orders and order confirmations.
Process order forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
Oversee daily sales activities, monitor performance, and forecast future customer service needs.
Understand customer requirements and prepare accurate quotations.
Negotiate and follow up with customers to finalize orders using a robust inquiry monitoring system.
Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
Research and identify marketing opportunities, trends, and potential leads for lead generation and business growth.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to confirm delivery dates, address customer requests, and ensure order fulfillment.
Take ownership of sales targets, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
Maintain accurate sales and marketing records by designing an organized filing system, tracking customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Build and nurture client relationships through periodic visits, anticipating new marketing opportunities and understanding evolving needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and service.
Regularly review and analyze customer feedback through satisfaction surveys to improve service.
Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to strategize and refine sales and marketing approaches.
