Job Description

You will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and providing excellent customer service. Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests. It will also be your responsibility to identify and escalate priority issues or unresolved complaints to the appropriate department. Additionally, you will process customer orders, update customer information in the system, and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with customers and colleagues. Adhering to company policies and procedures will also be a key part of your role.
