Job Description

Experience: 2–4 years (training experience in sales call center preferred)

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Call Center Trainer who can equip our sales agents with the skills, product knowledge, and techniques needed to succeed. You will design and deliver training modules that improve sales effectiveness and ensure consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct induction and ongoing training programs for new and existing agents.
  • Develop training content, role plays, and sales simulations to enhance learning.
  • Monitor calls to identify training needs and provide targeted coaching.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance improvement.
  • Work closely with team leads and managers to align training with sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in training within a sales call center.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to design engaging and effective sales training modules.
  • Good understanding of sales metrics and customer engagement techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
