As a Customer Support & Tech Coordinator based in Krishnagiri, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, overseeing projects, and delivering outstanding customer service on a daily basis. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and customer service skills, as well as a solid understanding of technical support principles. Previous experience in managing customer support or technical projects will be advantageous, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask is essential. Knowledge of the natural stone industry would be beneficial, although not mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required to be considered for this position.,
