Customer Support Specialist (UK Customers)

LOCATION: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Responsibilities-

• Replying to resolve customer queries on emails and calls.
• Reviewing sales insights and using them to develop informed sales strategies
• Handling sales and listings for UK Ecommerce platforms-Amazon, ebay etc
• Placing orders with suppliers through emails and calls.
• Chasing courier companies to track the orders.
• Liaison with the warehouse team based in the UK
• Handling product catalogues for inventory

Qualifications-

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Excellent verbal and written English is mandatory
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• High Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and typing
