Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and improve overall satisfaction ratings.
  • Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in BPO Customer Service or International Voice Process (IVR).
  • Excellent communication skills in English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts (UK shift)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
