Qualifications Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills Experience in maintaining customer satisfaction and enhancing customer experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Active listening and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a team Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred 12t/2nd puc/Graduation/Post graduation. 0-5 years experience candidates can apply.
