Job Description

Urgent Requirement of Customer Support Representative

Job location-Rani Bagh, Delhi

Immediate joiner

Key Responsibilities

1.Handle customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chat, and social media.

2.Assist customers with order placement, order tracking, delivery status, cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges.

3.Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

4.Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, payment methods, offers, and company policies.

5.Manage customer requests related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.

6.Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of complaints and queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1.Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.

2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, email, and internet applications.

4.Ability to handle customer complaints patiently and professionally.

5.Strong problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
