Responsibilities:

• Talk to customers through phone, chat, or email
• Answer questions about insurance policies, claims, renewals, and payments
• Help customers with documents and other issues
• Keep proper records of customer conversations
• Follow up with customers to make sure their problems are solved
• Work with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Suggest the right insurance products to customers
• Meet daily targets and provide excellent service

Requirements:

• Good communication in Hindi and English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Friendly and helpful attitude
• Experience in customer support or BPO is a plus (not required)
