Customer Support Representative BPO

As a Customer Support Representative in a BPO company located in Mohali and Jaipur, your main responsibility will be to handle both inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. You will need to address customer queries, complaints, and requests within specified timelines, while maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
