Getfarms is seeking a young and vibrant Customer Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil and English. As a Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for informing customers about the company's products, services, and offers. You will manage both inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and effectively. It is essential to identify customers" needs and wants, providing clarification whenever necessary. The ability to stay on the phone for extended periods and familiarity with dialler systems is crucial for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a morning shift schedule. The preferred educational qualification is Higher Secondary (12th Pass), and fluency in English is preferred. The work location will be in person.
