Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Support Experience Executive who will act as the bridge between our clinics and patient support services. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clinic enquiries and will play a vital role in ensuring an excellent and empathetic patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming enquiries from clinics regarding patient experience and concerns.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate support Face to face, calls, emails, or CRM platforms.
  • Maintain a patient-friendly and professional tone while addressing queries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Follow up on patient experience reports and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
  • Maintain documentation of interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system.
  • Uphold the clinic’s standards of care, compassion, and professionalism at all times.

Requirements.

Prior experience in customer support or related role is mandatory (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality).

Educational background: Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability.

Should be flexible with travelling to clinics if required.

A warm personality with the ability to be empathetic and understanding towards patients.
