About the Role
Dennison Fashion India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Support Lead to manage and guide our customer support team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in international calling and must be capable of handling escalations with professionalism. Along with customer support, the candidate will also contribute to HR activities such as hiring and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead the customer support team and manage daily operations.
✅ Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
✅ Manage and train support executives for better performance.
✅ Assist in HR responsibilities, including hiring and onboarding.
✅ Ensure smooth communication and resolution across all channels.
Requirements
✨ Minimum 2 years of experience in international calling.
✨ Strong leadership and communication skills.
✨ Ability to manage escalations and resolve issues effectively.
✨ Female candidates preferred.
