Job Description: As a Customer Support professional for the Hindi-speaking customers, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing technical support in both English and Hindi. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers with product and service-related issues, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards. Your role will require strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively analyze customer problems.
