Job Title: Customer Support Executive – General Insurance Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls, chats, and emails professionally. Provide accurate information about insurance policies, renewals, and claim processes. Assist customers in resolving queries related to payments and documentation. Maintain records of all customer interactions using CRM tools or basic systems. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved. Coordinate with internal departments to escalate or clarify customer issues. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards. Achieve daily/weekly customer handling targets as set by the team lead. Guide customers in choosing the right insurance product based on their needs. Stay updated on policy changes, company guidelines, and product knowledge.
