Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in data entry, and have excellent phone etiquette. Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are highly desirable as you will be assisting a diverse clientele.

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Analyse customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.
• Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services based on customer needs.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer support or similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are an advantage.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
