Role Overview: You will be located in HQ Bangalore to handle enquiries, schedules, and maintain clear records of all client documents. You may interact with clients directly to confirm purchase orders (PO) or order acknowledgements (OA). Key Responsibilities: - Handle enquiries - Manage orders - Work on ERP - Coordinate between Sales Engineers and other departments - Interact with customers - Ensure documentation meets ISO requirements - Maintain customer files Qualifications Required: - Proficient in English and Hindi - Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome Please note that the job type is full-time and permanent, with benefits including Provident Fund.
