Job Description

We’re hiring Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries in a premium domestic voice process. Strong communication skills in English is a must.

Requirements:

Qualification: Graduation mandatory
Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication in English

Job Details:

Shifts: 24/7 Rotational (6 days working, 1 weekly off)
Shift Window: Day Shift
Interview Process: HR Round → Ops Round → Versant → Client Round
Cab Facility: Not available

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries effectively.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Record and update customer interactions in the system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Achieve daily/weekly call handling targets and quality benchmarks.
Adhere to process guidelines and company policies at all times.
