  • Outbound calls karke products/services promote karna ya appointments schedule karna.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
  • Call center ya customer service experience ho toh plus.
  • Good English speaking skills (extra languages bonus).
  • Positive aur customer-friendly attitude.
  • Basic computer aur CRM knowledge.

Skills:

  • Communication: Communication aur convincing power.
  • Sales Orientation: Sales orientation & objection handling.
  • Problem-Solving: Problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management: Time management.
