Role & responsibilities

Minimum qualification: Graduates .
Freshers and experienced candidates
are both eligible to apply.
Excellent
verbal communication
skills in
English and Hindi
(neutral accent with minimal MTI).

Strong
customer orientation
and problem-solving attitude.
Flexible to work in
24/7 rotational shifts
.
No planned leaves
for the first
3 months
post joining.
5 days working
with
2 rotational week-offs
.
Total shift duration:
10 hours (9 working hours + 1-hour break)
.
Typing speed:
Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy

Key Skills

Excellent communication and listening skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.
Customer-centric mindset.
Good computer literacy and data entry skills.
