We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and deliver exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for resolving product- or service-related issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments.
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
1+ year of experience in a customer service or support role (freshers may also apply, depending on the level).
Excellent communication skills (Marathi)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
