Job Role: Customer Support Executive – Voice (Banking Process)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls related to banking services
• Resolve customer queries and service requests professionally
• Upsell and cross-sell banking products, including:
• Debit / Credit Card upgrades
• EMI conversion on credit card dues
• Loan top-ups (Home / Personal Loans)
• Insurance products
• Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality and sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate / Undergraduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (mandatory)

Shift & Working Details:

• Working hours: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• 6 days working with rotational weekly offs

Dress Code:

• Monday to Friday: Formal wear
• Saturday & Sunday: Semi-casuals

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary up to ₹25,000 CTC per month
