Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Handle customer inquiries and provide resolutions through voice support. Offer technical assistance and resolve customer issues related to products or services. Assist customers with inquiries regarding product features, orders, and account issues. Provide timely and accurate responses to customers via phone. Escalate issues to higher-level teams or supervisors when necessary. Document and maintain customer interaction details in the CRM system. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and follow up to ensure issues are resolved. Stay updated with product information, process changes, and company policies to provide accurate assistance. Collaborate with other teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Preferred candidate profile : Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
