Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for an international voice process catering to US customers. This is a voice-based BPO role involving both inbound and outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through international voice calls (US Process).
• Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and update internal systems.
• Meet performance targets including AHT, call quality, and resolution.
• Communicate fluently in English with accuracy and professionalism.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience (BPO only).
• Excellent verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work night shifts (US Timezone).
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Salary Details:

• Fresher–152 months of international voice experience:

Up to ₹3.5 LPA CTC + Incentives

• 12–18 months of international voice experience:

Up to ₹5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹33,650/month) + Incentives

• Above 18 months of international voice experience:

Up to ₹5.5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹37,400/month) + Incentives
