handling inbound calls from international customers, resolving their queries efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service

while working strictly from office.

Key Responsibilities:

• inbound calls only

• Address customer queries and provide accurate resolutions

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

• Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards

• Update customer information and call details in CRM systems

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English

• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills

• night/rotational shifts

• work from office only.

Required Skills:

• Excellent spoken English

• Active listening and empathy

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

• Ability to handle high call volumes
