Key Responsibilities:

  • inbound calls only

  • Address customer queries and provide accurate resolutions

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards

  • Update customer information and call details in CRM systems

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 6 months of experience

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
