Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive in our International Digital Marketing Sales team, you will play a crucial role in engaging with international clients, primarily from the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Your main responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat communications while providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat from international clients. - Pitch and sell digital marketing services like SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, Website Development, and Branding packages. - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions to meet their business goals. - Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions. - Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and achieve individual and team targets. - Record customer interactions and sales activities accurately in CRM tools. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction. - Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy. - Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and sales conversion. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in international voice process, sales, or customer support, preferably in a digital marketing or BPO environment. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with the work location being in person.
