Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Insurance Sector

Location: Begumpet ,Hyderabad
Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹20,833 per month (Freshers & Experienced)
Work Days: 6 days a week

Job Description (in simple steps):

• Talk to customers over phone, chat, or email.
• Answer questions about insurance policies.
• Help with claims, renewals, and payments.
• Guide customers with documents.
• Solve customer problems quickly.
• Record details of all customer interactions.
• Work with the team to handle escalated issues.
• Meet daily and weekly targets.
• Share product details and benefits with customers.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with the service.

Requirements:

• Good communication in Hindi & English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Freshers & Experienced both can apply
