Customer Support Executive

As a Customer Care Operator at our company, your role involves interacting with customers to explain product offers and benefits. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing new leads, tracking progress on Google reviews, and providing updates on Toll-Free working status to respective leads. You will also be responsible for promoting products and conducting customer follow-ups through feedback emails/phone calls for brand promotion.
