Customer Support Executive for Real estate- Moshi Location

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide property-related information, and assist in ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a basic understanding of the real estate industry.Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from customers regarding real estate projects.
• Provide detailed information about property listings, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
• Schedule site visits and follow up with potential customers to ensure engagement.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth lead management.
• Assist customers with documentation and post-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and referrals.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, MBA preferred).
• Experience: 1-3 years in customer support, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Languages: Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (Mandatory).
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.

Job Type: फ़ुल-टाइम

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
