Job Description

Position Title: Customer Support
Experience Required: 0 to 3 Years
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Key Responsibilities

  • Communication: Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating unresolved matters to the appropriate internal teams as necessary.
  • Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow all internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies diligently.
  • Information Delivery: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by utilizing the correct methods and tools.
  • Customer Experience : Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
