Helpdesk Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in Dutch & English.
  • Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and escalate complex issues.
  • Record and track issues in the ticketing system.
  • Ensure SLA adherence and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in

    Dutch and English

    (written & spoken).
  • Experience in

    customer support / helpdesk / technical support

    preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
