Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from international customers.

Resolve queries and provide accurate information regarding products/services.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Follow standard call center procedures and document call information.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction .

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: PUC (12th pass) with 6 months of experience, OR Graduate Freshers. Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Willing to work in night shifts (US Shift).

Should be comfortable with voice-based customer support.
