Customer Support Executive (CSE)

We are looking for a smart, customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Record and update customer interactions and transactions
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or tele calling
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional languages
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be available to work from our office in Bangalore
