Customer Support Executive (CSE)

You will be working as a Telecaller/Customer Support Executive for Watch Your Health (WYH), a leading Health-Tech provider in the Indian healthcare industry. WYH specializes in providing customized wellness solutions to insurance companies, Pharma companies, Hospitals, and Path Labs to promote healthy behavior and drive client engagement. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Contacting current and potential clients to provide information about products and services. - Addressing customer queries and concerns effectively. - Understanding customer requirements through effective questioning and closing deals. - Maintaining and updating the customer database. - Demonstrating a proven track record of meeting sales targets. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 12th pass or any graduate. - Prior experience as a tele caller or in a similar role is preferred but freshers can also apply. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
