Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role involves handling client queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Address and resolve customer concerns with timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for service execution.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or client servicing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using computers and digital tools.
• Candidates residing within 12 km of Koramangala are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 CTC per month (based on experience).
