We are looking for a customer-oriented and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team in Chennai . The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls and other communication channels.
Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on pending requests.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills.
