Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Female and Male(Both) Customer Support Executives to join our Customer Care Team. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills in English and Hindi, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
Convert customer inquiries into sales and achieve assigned targets.
Provide customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.
Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and daily reports in CRM.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any graduate or undergraduate candidate can apply.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and CRM handling.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns and work towards targets.
Experience in BPO, call centres, sales, or customer support will be an added advantage.

Working Days & Week-Off Policy

First three months: 6 working days per week.
After three months: Alternate and rotational week-offs (6 days one week and 5 days the following week).

Interview Details

Mode: Face-to-Face Interview
Interview Days: Monday to Friday
Interview Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Work Location: Vanagaram, Chennai

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
