Job Description

Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented Customer Support Executive with 1–2 years of experience in customer service or voice process operations.

The candidate must have excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi and be comfortable handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing effective support.

Fluency in all three languages is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
Understand customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.
Communicate with customers in Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Voice Process.
Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi is mandatory.
Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
