Together, we will work towards creating a better future. As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a vital role in driving our building material product sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with our Business Development Executives (BDEs) to identify, assess, and nurture leads for our extensive range of building material products. You will serve as the initial point of contact for many potential clients, significantly influencing the conversion of their interest into successful sales opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assessing inbound leads generated through marketing initiatives and the BDE team. - Conducting detailed consultations with potential clients to grasp their project requirements, material preferences, budget constraints, and project timelines. - Crafting and presenting personalized product solutions and packages tailored to individual client needs. - Creating detailed quotes and proposals that highlight product specifics, quantities, and pricing. - Coordinating appointments and facilitating communication between potential clients and the BDE team for further sales progression and technical discussions. - Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our building material products, including their applications, technical specifications, and pricing. - Contributing to the design and implementation of targeted sales campaigns for our building material product lines. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with benefits such as food provision, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts, and the work location is on-site.
