Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with IT-related queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.

* Provide step-by-step guidance to customers for problem resolution.

* Maintain and update technical documentation, FAQs, and support logs.

* Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level IT teams when necessary.

* Monitor and follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution.

* Educate customers on software and hardware usage best practices.

* Assist with onboarding and training new clients on IT systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
