Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include: - Handling customer queries through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media. - Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the appropriate methods and tools. - Resolving product or service issues by understanding the customer's complaint, identifying the root cause, and offering suitable solutions. - Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, managing customer accounts, and organizing necessary documents. - Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistent service delivery. - Escalating unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams for further assistance. - Identifying and evaluating customer needs to enhance satisfaction levels and optimize service processes. Preferred skills for this role include fluency in English and the ability to remain composed under pressure while handling challenging customers professionally.
