Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats.
  • Resolve customer queries regarding products, services, or orders.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Dispatch, Technical, etc.) to resolve issues.
  • Follow up on pending customer issues until closure.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to senior team members as needed.
  • Prepare daily/weekly customer service reports.
  • Maintain professional communication at all times.

Required Skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
  • Problem-solving ability and patience.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.

Qualifications

  • Any degree / diploma.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
