Job description We're Hiring Customer Support Executive, for Gwalior Location Role & Responsibilities : * Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries * Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. * Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies * Must have prior knowledge of basic computers. * Must have good communication skills. * Need to handle email and inbound queries via Calls, Email & Chat Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9926216669 Expected Start Date: 21/06/2025
