Customer Support Executive (CSE)

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers. This role is open to Fresh Graduates who possess excellent communication skills and a good thought process. Your key responsibilities will include upselling and cross-selling products or services to customers. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. The salary for this position is in the range of 30k-35k CTC plus incentives. In addition, there is a cab facility available for both sides of the commute, and the work location is in Gurugram. The working schedule is 5 days a week with rotational shifts and rotational offs, catering to immediate joiners.
