Job Description

Eligiblity criteria:Only female telle callers preferred.

  • Freshers are most welcome.

An executive in our company is responsible for:

  • Making outbound calls: Reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote and sell banking products and services .
  • Providing customer service: Addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and providing information on banking products
  • Understanding customer needs: Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of interactions and transactions
  • Following up with leads: Maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential clients and following up with leads
  • Meeting targets: Achieving monthly targets for lead conversion and loan closures
  • Staying up-to-date: Keeping up with industry trends and product knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
