Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Provide information about products and services.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass with experience or Graduate Fresher or experience both.

Average English communication skills required.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Ready to work in a day shift environment.
