🧑‍💼 Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Computer Operator 🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday 🌞 Sunday: Weekly off (Overtime paid if working on Sunday) 📝 Job Description:We are looking for a Customer Support Executive / Computer Operator who can professionally handle customer queries and provide accurate information about our company, products, and services. This is a non-sales role — no outbound or sales calls are required. The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills and a good understanding of how to manage communication and documentation efficiently. 💼 Responsibilities: Provide accurate information about company products and services Handle incoming customer support queries via phone or other channels Enter and manage data using basic computer systems Maintain communication records and assist in daily operations Coordinate internally to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively 🎓 Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi/English as applicable) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office or similar tools) Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but freshers can apply Ability to learn and explain company products clearly 💰 Salary & Benefits:Competitive monthly salary Overtime paid separately for Sundays (if worked) Supportive work environment Opportunity to grow within the company
