Customer Support Executive (Broking / Trading Industry)

As a Customer Support Executive at Nubra, a SEBI-registered stockbroker and next-gen trading platform, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless trading experience for clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling client queries on orders, trades, and accounts through calls, emails, and chat. - Assisting clients with account opening, KYC, and onboarding processes. - Providing real-time support for trading platform issues across equities, F&O, commodities, and currency. - Escalating complex technical issues to the trading desk or product team. - Educating clients on product features and platform navigation. - Ensuring compliance by guiding clients on regulatory processes. - Maintaining proper records of all client interactions and closing queries within SLAs. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 3-5 years of experience in customer support within the broking/trading industry. - Strong knowledge of trading platforms such as NEST, ODIN, NOW, Kite, Upstox, and Angel One. - Understanding of capital markets, derivatives, and order types. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (regional language proficiency is a plus). - Ability to handle pressure effectively during market hours. Qualifications required for this position: - Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. - NISM certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
