Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving queries for customers. This role involves interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner to ensure a positive experience. You will be part of a team of 20 individuals working in a general shift timing from 10 AM to 7 PM, with 6 days a week working schedule. For freshers, the salary offered is 20 CTC with 17 Take Home, while candidates with experience can expect 23 CTC with 21 Take Home. It is essential to have language skills in English and Hindi, with good English proficiency and fluent Hindi communication. The interview process consists of 2 rounds, including Operations and HR discussions.
