Customer Support Executive/ Application Support

As a Technical Support representative, your responsibilities will include: - Resolving service issues (Level 1 & 2 as appropriate) by understanding and clarifying customer problems, determining the root cause, and ensuring resolution based on SLAs - Managing customer expectations regarding response time, issue resolution, and providing quality support - Generating reports as needed In terms of technical skills, you should have basic knowledge of SQL. Additionally, proficiency in Hindi, English, and Tamil languages is mandatory for this role. Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.
